First of all, I guarantee that after reading this article, you will get a job without any uncle-uncle-money.
Starting There is a strange custom in our country, boys find
a job after finishing their studies! Hey, that's normal. I will not work after
studying so much?
Yes, you must work. But what is your preparation for the job?
I am very well educated, G.P. I got A5, got fast class, got fast, etc. etc. So now I can get a good job.
Of course you can get it. But which company will benefit
from you? What will the company do with your good results? He needs practical
work, skills.
This is where the educated boys and girls of our country
make mistakes. Only having academic studies and certificates considers himself
eligible for employment.
To get a job:
- Importance of academic studies 50%.
- And the importance of skill is 50%.
If I consider these two subjects then if you get full marks
in one and fail in other then you fail ultimately.
So what to do now?
First of all, you cannot consider yourself qualified for a
job after completing your studies. You must acquire skills or competences
during or after your studies. When you are sure that you have acquired the
necessary skills to work in any sector or sector of your choice then buckle up
and apply for the job. No one can stop you from getting a job.
And you don't have to apply for entry level jobs. You can
apply for mid level positions right from the beginning.
So how to acquire the skill:
1. Suppose you studied or graduated in accounting. (I am
giving accounting example just to understand but it is applicable for any
sector)
Now first of all you
target specifically in which sector you want to do accounting job. Suppose you
want to work in a big multinational company like: Unilever.
2. Now search how accounting is done in this multinational
company on Google, YouTube, learn, note.
3. Collect and study some of their files directly or online.
Actually in what manner or how they work.
4. Find free seminars or paid seminars online or offline in
this regard, do it.
5. Connect with top executives of those companies on
LinkedIn. Moreover, you will find the officials of such big foreign companies
on LinkedIn. Make friends with them. (So easy? It's really easy, big officials
are workaholics, if they talk constructively about work, they will become
friends very easily.
6. Find opportunities to work in those organizations for at
least one month for free.
7. Know in depth about their company, management, history,
business policy, strategy motto, etc. Perceive, concentrate, grasp.
8. Instead of waiting for their job circular, drop your CV
on their website and mail them regularly.
9. Write a letter on the CV that says: If you get a job in
this company, how you can improve this company. Here's where the leaks are,
what the problems are, and how you can fix them.
10. Make a very organized file of what you have studied in
between. Let them understand that you are not just looking for a job for money.
You are a workaholic.
11. You can write an emotional note about how since
childhood you have dreamed of working in this company and your difficult and
difficult journey for it. Hit both logical and emotional sides. It will work.
In this way you just target 10 companies. There will
definitely be a job.
Actually, job candidates do not understand the psychology of
employers. This is why I don't get a job. Whatever your result, if you apply
the above methods, you will surely get a job with good salary and good
position.
And no big company ever gives conditions that should be good
results. It doesn't even require you to have a great degree. The only condition
is to love your work, love the company, take a headache, be innovative and be
united with the goals and ideals of the company.
Now it is said that I will suffer so much for a job? If not
in one, then in another. Your chair is waiting but he won't let you sit right
away. You have to be pure gold first.
