A company has announced the biggest raffle draw in the history of the United Arab Emirates. A company called Emirates Draw has taken this initiative. The grand prize will be 6 million dirhams. In Bangladeshi currency which is about 160 crore 43 lakh rupees.
This is according to
a report in the Khaleej Times, a UAE-based news outlet. It said participants
could participate in the raffle draw by purchasing a coral kit, coral polyp,
for 50 dirhams from the company's website or their authorized dealer. At the
time of registration, the buyer will be able to choose to participate in the
weekly draw.
The report further said that buyers will be able to choose their 7-digit number themselves while registering online or will be given a number from the online system on a random basis. However, once the number is selected, no one will get the same number.
The Khaleej Times says there will be six lucky winners in the weekly raffle draw. Each prize will be worth 6 thousand 8 dirhams. The draw will be held every Saturday at 6pm UAE time and the show will be broadcast live online. However, the grand prize will be 6 million dirhams or about 160 crore 43 lakh rupees. The first draw will be held on September 25.
