If You Understand A Heart Attack, Do It Quickly

If You Understand A Heart Attack, Do It Quickly
The heart is a small part of the body. It is small in size and hollow inside. The heart muscle needs its the own blood supply. Like the rest of the body, the heart needs oxygen and other nutrients to keep it healthy.

This is why the heart carries oxygen to the blood through the coronary arteries. When the heart cannot do its job properly, heart failure occurs. As long as a person breathes, his heartbeat also continues.

When the person stops breathing, the heart also stops beating. And then that person was declared dead. When the arteries of the heart stop working, heart attack occurs due to lack of blood flow.

According to a World Health Organization study, people in their 30s and 40s are at higher risk of sudden cardiac death. The risk of sudden cardiac death in boys is almost double that in women. However, those who have heart disease, if they do not take regular medication, do not control blood pressure, the risk of this problem is much higher.

Chest pain can be one of the earliest and most serious symptoms of a heart attack. If you think you have had a heart attack, call the emergency number or medical help immediately.

What are the symptoms of a heart attack?

  • Chest pain, tightness, feeling a pressure in the middle of the chest
  • Pain spreads to shoulder, arm, back, neck, jaw, teeth or upper abdomen
  • Nausea, indigestion, heartburn or abdominal pain
  • Difficulty breathing and shortness of breath
  • Mild headaches, dizziness, and fainting
  • Sweat.

Chest pain usually lasts for more than 15 minutes due to a heart attack. Some people have mild chest pain, while others may have more severe pain. The symptoms of heart attack in women are more vague.

They may have nausea or back or jaw pain. Some heart attacks can be sudden. Again many people get warning signs a few hours or a few days ago.

What do you do quickly if you or someone else has a heart attack?

  • Call the local emergency number first. Do not ignore any symptoms of heart attack. If necessary, ask a neighbor or friend to rush to the hospital.

If there is no other option, rush to the hospital yourself or get in a car and ask the driver to rush you to the hospital.

  •  Take an aspirin medicine immediately after asking for emergency help. Aspirin helps the blood to clot. Taking aspirin during a heart attack greatly reduces heart damage. Aspirin should not be taken if you have allergies.

  • If a person becomes unconscious then start giving him CPR quickly. If he does not breathe or find a pulse, then CPR is given repeatedly to keep the blood flowing in the body.

Push hard and at fast in the middle of the person's chest. There should be about 100-120 compressions per minute. Continue this activity on the way to the hospital. Here are some ways you can save your own life and the lives of others.
