Cristiano Ronaldo is not in the plans of new Manchester United coach Eric Ten Hughes. So the Portuguese superstar will have to change teams in the new season - a rumor that has been heard in English club football for quite some time. Which is not a chance to blow up completely.
However, the legendary Dutch footballer Marco von Basten
thinks that Ronaldo will not allow any excuse to be made. With his performance,
he will force Ten Hughes to keep him in the team forever - that is what von
Basten believes.
Ronaldo scored a hat-trick against Norwich City earlier this
month. He was also brilliant in the match he lost to Arsenal later. Ronaldo has
also scored the most goals for Manchester United in the current edition of the
English Premier League.
However, three-time Ballon d'Or winner Fon Basten is
reluctant to admit that Ronaldo will have to leave the club because Ten Hughes
has no plans. Instead, he suggested that Ten Hughes use Ronaldo properly to
bring out the best in the team.
Von Basten said on The Rondo Show: "If Ronaldo can
score two or three goals in a regular match as he did last week against
Norwich, then there is no reason to exclude him from the team."
He added, "Ronaldo always does his own thing. But as
long as he is performing, he must be given a place in the team. But Ten Hughes
must understand that Ronaldo doesn't have to have the demands of a 17-year-old
now. '
