Facebook has brought new features for traders. This feature will help you find customers and chat with them through the app.

Businesses will benefit from the new feature on Thursday (September 18th), according to a report in India's technology media Gazette Now. About the new feature, Karandeep Anand, vice president of Facebook's business products division, said that Facebook is currently at the top in advertising. With the new feature, the shopping experience of the customers will be better than before.

The new feature allows merchants to add an extra button to their Instagram profile from now on. This button has been added so that customers can communicate with the concerned organization on WhatsApp with one click. Thinking of traders, Facebook is testing some more benefits. The facility of sending emails through Facebook Business Suite has also been introduced experimentally. Apart from this, the company is also working on how to manage business pages without accessing personal accounts.
