I always felt that my knowledge of words and spelling was winning, and I used to get a lot of time. However, Susan taught me not only how many letters she used but also how she used them. Turns out I played the game and Susan played the strategy. In business, we sometimes find ourselves playing a game. We know what needs to be done and because of our growth and skills training from an early age, we will work in our business as employees and not as entrepreneurs.
Basically we play this game. The business however needs a winning strategy. Similar to playing Scrabble, it is not the number of hours we spend that makes us successful. It is the way we work that makes a difference. The choice is ours. If we look at our business day by day it is easy to get lost in the details of our day-to-day operations. Frustrated with the smallest details, we try to play all the roles needed to keep the business going the way our vision should be.
We find it difficult to see how we can trust others to fulfill those roles and do their job as best they can. It's hard to let go. The fact is that as we continue to pursue skills training, we are losing the goal of owning a business right from the start. Work less and earn more. So we find ourselves hot, depressed and just plain tired of everything **** starting a business. Many frustrated people quit their jobs. Instead of taking steps that will eventually make the business work, stand and stand, we think there is no hope and we will never change. It talks about business and how to move the mind from being an employee to being an entrepreneur.

It is easy to read and has many good ideas in it. I highly recommend it. There is nothing but the fact that without a plan I often lose. In fact, of the more than 30 times I've played Susan, I've only won one. Is it because I am ******? It is possible. but I believe that is not the reason. I believe Susan wins because she has a winning strategy. One day my plan will be the same as his. Until then, I will continue to work on my plan. I will improve my strategy based on what he does to win. I will look, copy, copy and paste exactly what he does and transform it into my style. Isn't that how we win business?
