How Do It Manage Paperless Office? Paperless Office – With Multiple Monitors?

Going undocumented to professional offices, such as those for a CPA, can sometimes be difficult with a job. When a CPA is working on a customer tax return and needs to refer to a return the previous year, it is easier for him or her to look at paper printing while working this year back on the computer. However,

If his file system is paperless it can be very difficult for him, sometimes, to switch between screens to view on the return of last year and back this year come back - back and forth. This could lead to the use of more paper than before if the CPA ends up printing a copy of last year's return which will be viewed during the preparation for the return and then damaged. That could lead to his printing almost all of his clients returning last year and wasting it because he has a copy of the record on a computer. The technology available at this time makes it easier to avoid this problem.

Over time it becomes easier for CPAs to become undocumented as some of these disruptions have been resolved with existing technology. A small investment can help a CPA solve this problem forever and can save them from all the distractions associated with it. Windows EXP allows the use of multiple monitors on a single computer. This feature already exists in Windows EXP. However, the user will need to purchase a special video adapter to attach it to a computer to connect multiple monitors. Multiple modes can be installed on up to 10 monitors on one computer. There are many benefits to this simplicity in Windows EXP.

If all of your previous client documents are already in electronic format on your server and you need to refer to several of them at once to work on a particular project, you can open each of them to different monitors connected to the same computer. This will eliminate the need to switch between different screens each time you need to view another text. Setup to connect additional monitors to your Windows EXP computer is not very difficult. If you are using a note computer you can use the dual view feature found in EXP. You can simply connect an external monitor to your notebook and set your EXP, from Control Panel, to double view.

The limit with Dual-view is that your notebook or laptop will always be the main monitor. Another feature, that of multiple monitors, allows you to set any monitors as the primary monitor. Once you have set up your computer with multiple monitors, you can eliminate some of the major disruptions that employees face in CPA offices, that is to refer to multiple documents from the file and that you have to switch between screens while working. Although you are already free to switch between screens on one computer, you may want to try this feature for multiple monitors and you may be amazed at the ease it brings to your life. Details of setting up multiple monitors are described on Microsoft's website.
