How Do It Stupid Stuff In My Businesses? Stop the Stupid Stuff’ In Your Business?

We live in a world of change. Shift happens! The competition is coming from all over the world, which means that many American businesses are in trouble. Many decisions are made that contradict good business ideas and build customer loyalty.

Most corporate marketing is usually a test to find out what needs to be done so that current or potential customers can spend more dollars with them. I suggest that instead of thinking about what you will do, find out what you should stop doing. In other words, stop doing "****** things." Failure to do ****** means finding out what prevents customers from spending money with you and making sure that the action or reaction does not happen again. Here's an example of what I call "****** things." Some airlines now want to charge customers who want to talk to a live agent.

That's things in two ways. First, they chose to punish customers who wanted to continue to get what they were getting - personal attention. To make matters worse, they did this by claiming that they would pay more for the normal service level. How many customers will lose as a result of this decision? I know at least one. There is more subtlety, but less harmful, ****** things businesses need to stop doing. Take, for example, the new Wheaties boxes. General Mills recently unveiled boxes of G Wheaties with pictures of U.S. gold medalists. One was not available:

Paul Hmm. Why? This has been General Mills' answer to my question: “Choosing the Wheaties Champion has never been an easy task, especially when we have seen so many outstanding games with so many professional athletes. But it is simply not possible to honor every champion in the Wheaties box. ”So they let go of the first U.S. man Winning the Olympic championship of gymnastics in another sporting return? His return from a catastrophic fall to the closest system of the top bar has won close praise around the world, and most of us, defines the term “hero.” But there was an argument. As many of you know, a South Korean athlete claimed the goal-scoring mistake cost him gold and appealed to the Court of Arbitration.

The court recently ruled that Hmm could retain the gold medal. Although the medal was contested, it was not because of anything Hmm did or did not do. However, General Mills has decided to do something "safe". But with the safety and exclusion of Ha-mm, Wheaties alienated millions of customers who saw him as not an issue, but as a hero, and losing customers to that. Now that's "****** stuff." So start standing! Stop "No" and start using the word "Yes." Stop charging services that most of us think are free. Find out what's annoying, frustrating, difficult or confusing for your customers and stop it.
