Everyone has their own business. All right. The Fortune 50 chief executive at the one-man show needs a coordinator. Unfortunately, with this choice of advisers comes another common option instead. That chooses not to get help at all.

Complete termination of jobs is the cause of the business failure statistics we hear so much about. Think about that comment. Can you afford to get help from someone who can save you or make more money for you because you obviously don't do it alone? Or what about those times when you really need them? with the help of someone already in those shoes. A coach or mentor gives small business owners something that most of them do not have; sound board and board of directors who should ask for help from them. 

                                                                               

These are two great tools you can use when trying to avoid “trial and error” decisions and procedures. I do not view flaws as a way to achieve something. I have personally used that method and am apprehensive in many situations. But that is the basis of the cases, not the ongoing concern of daily life. Don't forget that this method is also very expensive and time consuming. Why not ask someone who may have experienced this problem? What many business owners do not realize is that they rarely go through all the trials and tribulations that they face. Not to mention that about 70-75% of their business is the same as all other businesses including HR, finance, marketing, marketing and sponsorship.

There are a lot of good mentors out there but if they don't click on you as a "business friend", don't worry about them because you will end up fighting them even if you agree with the advice.
